EN / The proposal is a multi-purpose object protected by a translucent roof that invites the sky. An orthogonal grid of pillars and arches punctuates the site, evoking the memory of ancient railway stations. The interior space is a garden, occupied all year round, versatile, and flexible, designed for a city that embraces the future without forgetting its past. There are no defined uses, only possibilities, a new way of inhabiting the city in continuous symbiosis with nature - a "Garden Pavilion". The building embraces the idea of a terminal station, creating a new entrance to the city and inviting permanence.

DE / Der Entwurf ist ein multifunktionales Objekt, geschützt von einer transluzenten Hülle, die den Himmel einlädt. Ein orthogonales Raster aus Stützen und Bögen markiert den Ort und evoziert die Erinnerung an die alten Bahnhöfe. Der Innenraum ist ein Garten — das ganze Jahr über bespielt, vielseitig und flexibel — gedacht für eine Stadt, die die Zukunft umarmt, ohne die Vergangenheit zu vergessen. Es gibt keine festgelegten Nutzungen, nur Möglichkeiten: eine neue Art, die Stadt zu bewohnen, in kontinuierlicher Symbiose mit der Natur — ein „Gartenpavillon". Das Gebäude verkörpert die Idee eines Endbahnhofs, schafft ein neues Stadttor und lädt zum Verweilen ein.
